At Heiliaopro, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, please review our refund and exchange policy below.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached), and in the original packaging. Custom-made or personalized skirts are not eligible for a refund unless they are defective.

Refund Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at service@heiliaopro.com to request a refund. Please include your order number, the reason for the refund, and clear photos of the item(s) if applicable.
  1. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days. If approved, we will send you a return authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions.
  1. Pack the item(s) securely, include the RA number inside the package, and ship it back to the address provided in the return instructions. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made a mistake with your order.
  1. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s) (usually within 5-7 business days of delivery), we will process the refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, and the processing time depends on your bank or payment provider, typically taking 3-10 business days.

Exchange Policy

We do provide exchange services to ensure you get the right skirt. Here's how to exchange:
  1. Contact our customer service at service@heiliaopro.com within 30 days of delivery, stating your order number, the reason for exchange, and the details of the item you wish to exchange for (e.g., size, color).
  1. Our team will check the availability of the desired item. If available, we will issue an RA number and provide return shipping instructions.
  1. Send the item back to us following the same packaging and shipping guidelines as for returns. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and if the new item has a higher price, you will need to pay the difference; if it's lower, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
  1. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will ship the new item to you within 2-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number once the exchange item is shipped.

Handling Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please follow these steps:
  1. Contact our customer service at service@heiliaopro.com immediately upon receiving the item, within 7 days, and provide your order number, clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect.
  1. Our team will assess the issue promptly. If confirmed as a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping, we will offer a full refund, a replacement of the same item, or an exchange for another item of equal value at your choice.
  1. If you choose a replacement or exchange, we will arrange for the new item to be shipped to you at no additional cost, and we will cover the return shipping costs for the damaged or defective item.
  1. If you choose a refund, we will process it as per the refund process outlined above, with us covering the return shipping costs.
